Reallly out of bed for first time in a week
Shopping and paying over due bills all morning. Could drive one to drink if one were a drinking man. Tomorrow laundry and a meeting all the important things in life. Did run into a homless bud and he asked why i wasn't delivering food and I eplained I had been ill and he says but I can't do that so there I go. Scarey when other people's epectations of me are higher than my own. Losy 10 pounds which I can use. I did call my sponsor to see how he was doing, better but resigned his sponsorship. Kind of slim pickings out here.

I think the brother was actually let down like I should be super human and I just realized that was how I was feeling about my sponsor. If I listen I can learn. If I learn I can apply. If I can apply I can change. with our thoughts we make our world.
