Here we go again
So my last post did.t go throught but its day 3 for me, up again 1/2 the night...gotta get my car out of the shop with very little money without sounding like a total idiot today. Plese wish me some luck here.

For me, its day 3 as well. I had trouble sleeping last night, but the more we understand what our boddies are going through the better off we are (so they tell us). Sleep will be screwed up for a short time. This is really a trigger for me. However, we have to remind ourselves that we did this to ourselves and we will have to climb the mountain so to speak to reach some sort of long term sobriety. We are all used to putting ourselves to sleep with something.

After a few nights of sleeplessness one full night of the wine, I prayed for the strength to keep going, I had the best nights sleep I have ever had that night.
Praying is not everybody's cup of tea, it wasn't mine until that night, I had nothing left to lose, it worked for me.
