I am on day 40 something.... Feeling better than I have at any point in my life. The benefits of a clean mind and body surprise me every few days. One of the things I notice is I am having very positive dreams. Crazy but for 15 years my dreams have always leaned to the negative side. My sub conscious is even enjoying sobriety I suppose.

The Only drawback for me is mild insomnia, i now remember as a kid how tough it was to sleep. Any help here would be appreciated!
