Maybe you can trade off with some other moms where you take the whole gang one afternoon, then someone else does it another day-no cost involved, and I'm sure the other moms need some personal time too. Kids would have fun too. Some things may have to slide while you're working on getting sober too-try to take things off the endless to do list that aren't really important in the big picture.

Why not go to silkworth.net and read some of the stories in the back, take a bubble bath, relax with some prayers....read the first 43 pages....journal....dance to some music....be happy you didn't drink today; you are a miracle!

when there is no meeting, there is still a power greater than you that will help you out, maybe ask for some inspiration from that power and for a sponsor for you

Glad you were able to work your way through a rough day and try to blow off some steam here.

Must have been kind of hard for you trying to use the board here as a safe place to vent and get some negative feedback re: AA sponsor. I could tell how frustrated you were with your first few posts on this thread...I've never seen you write like that so I knew how upset you were.

Hope you get a good night's sleep with tomorrow being a brighter day.
