Hi Jedi. Glad you decided to post instead of heading out.
I've been familiar with the "bored" thing. Got better for me after a few weeks as the entire world just started to look different. Started to see things and find things interesting that wouldn't even have registered back when my head was in a fog.
Just a suggestion, but I just watched "Rain In My Heart" on youtube for the first time today. There are 10, ten minute videos of this documentary about alcohol. Tough to watch sometimes but I certainly wasn't bored! had to go from one to the other. Might try that just for something to do. Certainly confirmed in my mind that I do not want to drink tonight.

Yeah the few few nights are rough, as you'd already know...if you're bored, my advice is don't sit there pining...can you think of something to do?

exercise
clean something
do something on your To Do list
start a journal
Stop projecting on what you will or won't do and start living in the moment!! It is something that needs to be practiced and you can start now! Tell the universe you need to sleep well tonight and you may just do that.
