Wayne444, seem to me that you suffer with anxiety and panic attack if you are panicky. Have you ever thought about going to the doctor about this? Maybe some meds could help with you when you get in these issues in life.

I always fell apart at the 2-3-7 ,month milestones . I can relate. for me I always got to well to fast. And being such a quick forgeter its easy to think that first sip wont get me drunk.
