Too hot to walk today - going to 105 - yikes!
My parents arrived safely yesterday afternoon. We enjoyed time in the pool and I cooked an elaborate dinner. I enjoy cooking, but wasn't able to focus on it, once I started drinking in the past
It felt wonderful to set the table and serve a meal
It also feels good to reference my drinking as IN THE PAST.
It is going to be a hot one today. Hope those who are "thirsty" can find refreshing non alcoholic beverages. I'm enjoying diet tonic water with fresh lime wedges over lots of ice! Kim
