Lost job- WTH - How did this happen

I have been thinking about you all day Eclipse. And let me preface this with. . .I am going to get harsh.
You aren't working with a full deck. The fact that you even typed the words, "I have to take my kids to practice" chilled me to the bone. Here in the US, we have a few recent stories of moms who attempted driving with their children, killing everyone in the car. I am worried about you, but also selfishly speaking, worried about my OWN family with untreated, oblivious drunks on the road.
I certainly don't want you to take risks with your family. I want you to get healthy. But if you take risks with OTHER people's families, that is something that destroys others forever. You don't seem to get that.
Get help. I lost my best friend and her daughter to a drunk driver. I am trying to make peace with the driver in my heart (she survived unharmed), but I don't know that I ever will.

Hi Eclipse,
It sounds like your are trying to be supermum with mummy's little helper.
Granted you must be feeling awful at the moment. It's time for you to look after yourself, if you can swing it, rehab would be a good idea, to give you a break and time out for yourself.
There is a problem and everyone has to face it and support you on getting through it.
I wish you the strength and the inner conviction to get sober.
