Check me out :-)

I have lost seven pounds over the past three weeks. That's what happens when you don't drink your dinner, and take care of your body.

Admittedly, this is a bragart post, but what the hell. I am now at my fighting weight. Bring it world! :-)

Hey sharp! I can tell you that my life without the drink is like i'm being given an amazing gift every day. Just the fact that i wake up without regrets or fear. I don't jump out of bed crazy happy or anything. I'm just free to feel good and i feel prepared for life. Like no matter what happens today, i can handle it. If it's a good day i can enjoy it to the fullest, remember it and celebrate it with my whole mind body and soul. If it's a bad day, i can deal with it, handle it, make the best of it, not avoid it and, most importantly, LEARN from it. Then i can go to bed and fall asleep with the knowledge and the feeling that today i lived my life to the fullest and that when i wake i'll be ready for the next day. If you want to hear more, try starting your own thread. There are many of us who would love to share our stories. You're in a good place and you're about to embark on a journey of self discovery like you've never known. Be open to it and it will take you places you've never imagined for yourself.
