OOoh I just saw, you lost 80 lbs? Wow, you are my new hero!

(I lost um . . maybe eight so far? oh well, have to start someplace)

Yeah quiting alcohol was part of the weight loss plan because it causes all sorts of unwanted side effects if your trying to lose wight.

Well done Rossy! It's great that you did something about your drinking at such a young age. You will make us older people envious and be a huge inspiration for the younger people who sign up here.
