Back on track!
Back on track!
Hi guys,
Thanks for all of the replies to my other thread,
I am now back on track after my little relapse.
I must say looking back at what happened it has made me a better person in a strange way. Part of me enjoyed the relapse which is strange. Kind of like going on a once in a lifetime trip to the moon where as you know that it won't be happening again.
I managed to get a few things of my chest and the air is a lot clearer now and I ccertainly enjoy being sober more than the hangovers in the morning.
One thing I did notice was that I have started to suffer from backache. I've read that this could be thru dehydration but obviously other concerning things spring to my mind. Has anybody got any ideas?
Thanks again,
Bruno.
