Hi, once someone posted a link here so we could minimize a pic to make it our Avatar. Can anyone help? Need a reeeeeeally simple way as I'm reeeeeeelly computer illiterate.

is your pic too large?
Is it a photo you have on your PC or hosted elsewhere?
If your pic is hosted on a website like Photobucket or Image Shack I'm pretty sure they have tools to resize pics - I'm not really familiar with them any more tho.

Ok - Irfanview is a good small free photo edit programme - you can resize and resample in that under 'images' on the menu
