I am so tired this morning. I didn't get much sleep last night. I read a lot of posts on SR and I am so glad that I am not the only one. I read posts about feeling better with time. Your normal self will come back- whether it be 30 days or in 6 months. I am excited to have something to look forward to.

So, when I feel as if I want to drink, that is going to be another thought. If I continue to stay sober, I will feel better! It might not be tomorrow, but that gives me extra motivation to keep on going and getting through each day.
