day 1!
Day one...I feel terrible!! I wanna crawl out of my body! Hot and cold, my body is restless, it hurts!!

What are you detoxing from? How long have you been drinking/using? Details please and please realize that detoxing can be dangerous without medical assistance.

Opiates, and I go to my first whatever tomorrow. I called rehab yesterday. I started using a few years ago. If I had pills id take them so I didn't feel like this..I'm weak and need help stopping. I want to stop bc I m tired of waisting money on being waisted. I wasn't even feeling that good on them anymore..I was just getting by.

So what are you going to? Rehab? NA? Detox? Counseling?
