Kelly - 7 days seems like an eternity when we're first starting out. After that, I started to feel so much better. Very proud of your accomplishment - you're doing a great job.

Great job candie on Day 16 - and Marria on Day 7.

Quite frankly, in my opinion, getting past those first days where you think it might be better to drink to feel better is HUGE! Big thumbs up! I'm on day 7 too!!
