this seems to be recurring with me whenever i quit smoking and or drinking i seem to get a bit compulsive ..lately its gone a little more to the extreme..im and aspiring actor .i just recently been watch this movie "shame" that had some graphic sex material in it .This for some reason bothers me that.things are being that much more graphic to the point where its considered softcore porn..
ive been going on countless sites that talk about the subject of making sex look as real as possible .i was part of a site calld .and just random blogs i see online its like this is something that gets to me

as and actor because i dont feel like things need to be taken that far .(i digress) anywho i cant just leave the topic alone .i have to constantly be reading.about it .above other compulsive behavior another is Spending always wondering what can i spend my money on .or what would i like to spend my money on..It's like ill get overwhelming sensation of boredom and act on impulse .another is eating ..im always thinking about it ..even after i have eatin im worried about when the next time will be when i have to eat..and what will i eat etc ...

Anyone else have any compulsive behaviors after quitting a particular substance

Comming here and reading/posting like a madman when there are 500 other things I should be doing, maybe that is less a compulsion and more proctastination, but its going on 3 hours now that I have done nothing but read and post here.

I should mention however that I have yet to quit my drug.
