Cops came looking for 2nd time for womemen I never heard of started talking tuff about search warrants and stuff. I think though sober still alcoholic mentality and I told them where to put their warrant. Got into a little pissant. I fought for this country don't know what is going to happen but not enetering my house. I guess I'm pretty stuborn but afraid especially if they hurt my dog. I just want peace but I think this is not good

Use those rights brotha man, FTP. Keep the dog around with you. I am assuming it might be what society deems a "aggressive breed". I don't know. I have a Pit Bull, Mary Jane, and I just dont understand the stigma that society holds against those dogs. They are the best dogs around and will always be. My apartment people really bent me over backwards and told me that "It is illegal to have an aggressive breed in any rental or leased property in the state of TX." BS if you ask me, but keep your head high brotha man and FTP.
FTP
I used to have an outlaw mentality - it was part of my rock star/rebel/outsider mentality.
It was BS that helped fuel my alcoholism and other addictions.
I don't need it anymore.
These days I like being a law abiding citizen.
I have nothing to hide and nothing to fear.
Police officers are generally just like the rest of us - regular schmoes just doing their job.

I agree with Dee, Fitz. The cops are doing their job—and in this case their job apparently involves looking for a missing woman. Knocking on the wrong door simply shows they are human, and make mistakes. Police are required to pursue every lead. Most of them are wrong leads, by definition, but how do they know that until they investigate it? Looking for a missing person is a lot more noble and important than anything I've done lately, I can tell you that.
If it were me, I would do everything possible to allow them to quickly eliminate this line of inquiry, so they can pursue other avenues. You've always struck me as a kind, caring person, and legally you certainly are within your rights to refuse them entry without a warrant. But somebody's life could be on the line. Do you really want to make the cops waste more time on you?
