This time I've added exercise and a sponsor and the steps to the mix. I'm doing what I'm told but it's H A R D!!!!!

Things I learned today: exercise will end a draggy day and stop that I need a drink feeling pretty effectively. Now I need to remember that the next time I feel like walking into traffic. Also it's pretty easy to call your sponsor.

Easydoes, congratulations on the 14 days. Tomorrow I'll be 1 year 7 months sober. It was hard in the beginning but its gettin easier everyday. I have proven to myself that life is better without using.

Good attitude, take advice from people who are enjoying solid sobriety and follow it. I am pretty sure I did and it is working well for me.

Those first weeks were the hardest for me, too, but I told myself I wasn't going to drink, no matter what. Remember to take everything one day at a time and know that it will get better.
