Hardest day so far.
Today has been the most challenging so far. I usualy only take a 4-8 day break when I am active so I think this is whats going on. I feel anxous and I can't concentrate on one task at a time. I stayed home until the liquor stores closed so I wouldn't be tempted. I hope tomorrow goes better.

No, don't get sick again. Ride it out and remember where that first drink will lead you.
There's going to be hard days, but it will get better with time.
Here's hoping that very soon you laugh as you pass that liquor store and have no temptation.

It is very hard, but you can do it. My daughter always told me , "You don't need to go into the Supermarket for a bottle of wine" and hey I have finally realised that I don't need to. Hang on in there the cravings will fade.
