Opening Wounds to the Air

Doing some PTSD work but it hurts which I guess is good. I can't put the alcohol bandage on anymore, it just festers. Sometimes it just hurts to hurt but I guess not as much as covering the hurt. Recovery can feel like a pain in the butt.

It's a good kind of hurt. Unlike the pain caused by drinking, it eventually heals up.

Hang in there Fitz, you will feel SO much better after you start to heal. Right now is the hard part, but it is well worth it.
