I've done that many times too...I can never seem to get past 21 days....Tomorrow will be 21 but I lapsed twice...I did something similar to you, but I told myself this time that I wasn't going to get back to that state...it was just a hiccup...I can't stand not feeling good, not sleeping good, and not having a clear head. What happened to you was very typical and from everyone I've talked to most people are successful only after MANY attempts...I feel like I have finally surrendered...I was sober today and yesterday...I am grateful...I can only take it one day at a time, otherwise the thought of sobriety is too overwhelming. I know how you feel. Keep trying!!!! I will too.
