Life has been busy and good. But I have been drinking...I'm fine if I don't touch one...but as soon as the bottle of wine is open I drink it all. So I'm stopping. perhaps twice per week.
Lots of things have changed...I know I'm in a different place and stronger in many ways....so I'm hoping that this time I will be able to stay sober.

You can do it. Many of us have. Just don't give up. And, welcome back!

Thanks all. Just to say that I'm still sober...really pleased cos I navigated Christmas with no alcohol.
Now focusing on just today.
