I took the drug test Friday but had until the 23 of this month to take it. It's for a job I got. I would like to know if I should call up the recruiting place about if they have it and when I start work? Or I should wait until they call me back first?

I'd wait and if I didn't hear anything by Monday, maybe call then. It may take several days to get the results back and this is a short week for lots of businesses with Thanksgiving and everything.

They lapcorp front desk told me that it takes 48 hours for results. It was a urine test. Should be no issue for me passing but hate waiting and want to know if they got it because I have a short time to take it.

Like I said, I'd wait, but you are free to do whatever you want.

I don't see what calling to verify would hurt. If anythign it will put your mind at ease.

I'm the say way. I know I'm probably annoying to places like that, but if I don't call or get verification, I stress out!

Does the lab work on weekends? Probably not. If it takes 48 hours to process and you took it on Friday, I would assume that they wouldn't have the results back until late today at the very earliest, but probably sometime tomorrow. Again, this is a short week for most people, so it's very reasonable to assume they won't know anything or be in a position to contact you until next week.

Yea Action just wait , and since you left a voice mail they will get back to you.

It take just a bit like they said 48 hrs not including weekends plus if there are like my test , the place where I go does a test then the overnight a sample to Minn. to a second lab for testing. Most do that so there is no favortism or mistakes.

I've only use weed 4 times in my life. Last time I try a few hits like 6 - 7 weeks ago.

It's out of your system by now. Nothing wrong with showing enthusiasm to your future employers but careful on your wording. You don't want to bring up suspicion

I don't think you have anything to worry about....but, if the job might have random screenings in the future, you don't want to jeopardize the job for something you hardly even use, so I'd sure stay off it in the future!
