i added my pic to say this is me and this is the face of an alcoholic!!! this pic was my 29th bday and i got so hammered i fell down the stairs and had to be carried home. ps i turned 29 oct 18th!!! today is november 13th and i am starting to finally understand my problem goes back way further then i couldve ever imagined just weeks ago....

I watched a composite CCTV footage a few months ago of a drunk guy walking home. It was frightening. To think that I have done that many times. We cannot keep ourselves safe when we are intoxicated. Thank goodness you survived the fall.
