Congrats!! I am glad that you have found something that is helping. It is important to change things that are not working in order to succeed. Keep it up!!

When we are sick with a cold or flu we
take our medicine for sore throat, fever,
to helps us feel better. And so is it with
meetings. It's our daily dose of medicine
to help us feel better and stay sober.

What is the best meeting format if you just feel like listening to other people and blending into the woodwork?

You can do that at any meeting Tim. No one will force you to speak if you don't want to. Once you start going, you may feel more comfortable and the woodwork won't look so good to you.

24hrs I'm happy your finding peace and serenity.

Best Wishes To You!
