pete, i'm 43 days sober, twelve days out of rehab. The first week i was back was a difficult transition. I felt uncomfortable everywhere. But i took it a day at a time as i was taught, went to a bunch of meetings and got right into sharing and telling my story at the meetings. it got so much better so quick.

If you're anything like me, talking about it to strangers does miracles.
