That is so true dee. One band we saw a couple of times started out sounding great and rockin, 1/2 through the night and 10 shots into the set, they sounded like karaoke night at the local dive bar or a bunch of teenagers playing in their garage. Most people never notice cuz they were too drunk but it took me a while to get a buzz. I really didn't want to go see them anymore.

I have tears in my eyes.....I followed your post all last night. I am so glad for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am only 74 days sober, and I am having a hard day....so thanks! I am going to make it today and you just made it easier for me. You are an inspiration!!!

thank so much! now tonight I pretty well have to re-live it again - playing at a pub with free bar tab and with my ex - ehhhhh - i will keep my sr phone close to me! North I totally used your advice and it helped and Dee, yes I played great sober!!!
