How old are the kids.Would your husband help you by arranging things for you all to do maybe after school just to keep you busy till the urge passes.If he knows your trying maybe he'll put an effort into helping you ,Speak to him tell him you need help to stop depending on the ages of your kids they would help you too try it and keep checking here even if its every hour
