Battle Stations, one and all

MY Witching Hour, anyways, is from 5 to 10 pm.

Long time to stay occupied.

So tonight, work until 6.

Home by 6:30.

Dinner, laundry.

Pick up AA buddy at 7:45.

Meeting 8:30 - 9:30.

Coffee down by Lake Ontario 9:30 - 10:15.

...and the coffee shop is across from the liquor store > and I can watch the doors of the liquor store locked up at 10 pm > perfect!

10:45 home.

Nighty night > oh, did I mention I take my Seroquel at 11 pm?! ;-)

11:15 ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I'm tired out reading the list. Me I don't have a specific trigger time as I tended to be an equal opportunity drinker, didn't discriminate between AM/PM. Sounds like you've got a solid strategy in place.

As

the Bible says: Without a vision, the people fail.

Without a proactive plan for the Witching Hour (entire evening), I get drunk as a skunk.

UGH.

Fridays are always tough for me too. I've got a meeting at 7 and then sushi as my reward.

taking it to go though because they like to push the soju on the customers.

That's great! I need to come up with a detailed plan like that for my witching hours.

Once again, I am so happy I work through the weekend when others are off. Keeps me busy, and dry. Good plan Kelly, keep it up.
