shakes

Im on day 2. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the shakes to stop besides drugs?

Yes...it's best to ask your doctor how to de tox safely..

Detox is a terrible thing and can be dangerous. I shook so much my shoulder muscles hurt from not being able to control my hand. Please if your at all in doubt go to the hospital, they can help.

I need some advice........i m not drinking but I still feel like little needles are punching in my skin..........then I released that I had not taken my perscribed xanax for a few days......OMG, can THAT be causing this pain....???????if there are is anyone out there with xanax knowledge, please let me know.....is this a withdrawl symptom????????

In my experience 3 things stop the shakes.

1. Drinking a beer or two (not recommended, shakes will return in a few hours).

2. Time (not recommended, it's difficult to do without resorting to option #1, and unassisted detox with overt physical symptoms can be dangerous).

3. See a Doctor (recommended).
