Cause Im new... Ive only 3 days up but
Day one... nursed a shaky body hoping I wouldnt have a heart attack or siezure...
Day 2... able to do the washing up [piled to the roof] and make kitchen presentable if not clean..
Day 3.. able to leave house and drive daughter to shops...after not leaving house for so long
Baby steps I know..but all made me feel good
