Well, I'm on to day 5 and so far so good.
Yesterday evening was a little tough though, I think it was mainly because I didn't keep myself busy. I did a little laundry, then lounged around on the couch when I should have been out washing my motorcycle or cleaning my garage since I couldn't do any yard work cause it was raining. Made it through it though.

Currently I'm doing the 7 Weeks to Sobriety dietary/supplement program. Within a couple of days of doing it, I've fealt better then I have in a long time. Reading the book helps with the mental side of the addiction a little mainly because it makes you realize just how much damage you are doing to your body and brain. But I think the supplement program is a must. It helps restore your body's energy and repairs some of the damage I've done over the years plus reducing the cravings a fair amount.
I haven't gone to any meetings -yet-. I am not big into the meeting thing but if times get really tough, I would give it a shot for sure.
