Hi all

Thank you ALL so much for the support and advise yesterday before my 3rd AA meeting. I cannot tell you how much it helped me... 10 days sober today!!!! Sorry for being a bit OTT but im very proud of my achivement and you all are the 1st to know...

At the meeting last night was a lady sober for 5 years... She had been going down a bad road and nearly relapsed... So goes to show guys ams girls that we never "kill" this addiction or disease and NOBODY can be complacent... I thank God he has carried me these 10 days and I look forward to the ret of my life SOBER....

I feel the following this morning which I have not felt in years:

NO self pitty
Excitement about tomorrow
Healthy and full of life
No guilt and resentment
Rested and remember last night, in fact the last 10 days...

Im proud to say that im HIGH on "LIFE"

Thanks one again for all your support, could not do this without support..

I am also at day 10 today. Never feel OTT. Go as far and high as you want. I too am loving this new high!
