Today's the day
I'm starting today, a birthday present to myself. It's tomorrow I'll be 33! I just found this site and I hope you guys will help when I'm feeling the urge. Today went good just the normal cravings, but no shakes. As for tonight I'm sure it's gonna be rough! I've tried before alone; it's nice to have people to share it with this time, maybe it will better and I can do it.

Welcome! Trying to quit by yourself is very hard, have you thought about face to face support in addition to SR?

I do have a counseler that I talk to regular basis. But I also live in a very small town with not many opinions. Thanks for the welcomes!
