I guess you are right. Its is my 5th meeting with the same group but Im still having difficulty speaking. I guess I'm not used to public speaking. lately I'm trying to open up and It was a good feeling. even though I can open up now my counsellor still advised me to visit the forums since most of the time I'm at the computer. =)

actually some of my friends and I will attend a show In Los angeles that could help us speak up more. The site is recoverynowtv. I've been watching some of these as advised by my counsellor and they helped me a lot.

Currently I still have problems with withdrawal symptoms so I feel ill but I'll keep posting till this goes away.
