Good luck to everyone today if the superbowl is a challenge for you. I got a lot of positives from Friday night in Wales. I tried for 10 years to drink sensibly and failed every time. The first time i tried to not drink at all i succeded. i't was a great evening and the saying that you will never wake up regreting you didnt drink is so true.

i'm looking forward to more social occassions in the near future and i havent felt like that for ages. I't always been anxiety,fear and dread before a night out.

Just thought i woul popin to say i have a year sober now. I dont come here much now but the site has been very helpful. A year sober isnt as big a deal as i thought it would be as i am looking forward to many more sober years.
