I remember so well when I first came here, drunk (again) and desperate. I was overwhelmed by the kind replies and it gave me hope that I could get sober. (of course it took me nearly two years to do that, but I'm just glad it finally 'sunk in'

)

It is my mission, as a member, to spread the message of hope that was so lovingly given to me when I was new here.

I am a better person for being a member of this family. I love you all so much!

Now one of the things I am doing due to this love and friendship here is that the first bills I pay each month are my phone bill and my electric bill... to make sure that I always have internet!
