I'm grateful for the burst of happy energy yesterday that allowed me to get everything done so I have today to do with as I please.

I haven't posted much but have been reading this board for quite a long time and least your progress is astounding and inspiring! You should be very proud and your success gives the rest of us hope.

Thank you all so much for your support and love.

It means the world to me. I get happy tears in my eyes reading the responses.

Every day is a new adventure for me now. My happiness just fills to overflowing and I'm so so happy I finally gave it up for good, cause 'good' is what I have now.

Reading your post and all the replies was such an inspiration. I am so happy for you and thankful for your sharing. I wonder how many people reading that will get the little extra bump they needed to stay the course

I just finished day 10 and I feel good. I can only imagine what 11 months will be like (but I WILL find out!!)
