9 months! and on to infinity...
Hey everyone!!
Just wanted to take a second to check in and celebrate 9 months sober!! It's been an amazing year thus far (international move, going back to school, playing music, yadda yadda). I have many many thoughts on sobriety and want to share them with everyone, especially new members I haven't had the chance to interact with yet... all in due course! One interesting thing I'd like to relate that sobriety realllllly gives you a lot of your time back! I filled it up with school and music.
Just wanted to say hi to everyone! I am still checking in often and reading (usually as I am on my way to sleep at night, cozied up in bed and reading via iPhone, so it's a bit harder to post that way) - but I am still here and rocking 9 months without any of that garbage. I can't ask for anything more!
I've got a ton of thoughts brewing and will try to put it all down and make a post worthy of reading. Some observations, etc. For now: yay 9 months!

thanks for your post, would really love to hear all those thoughts you have regarding sobriety. I have been off it now for a few weeks after a serious relapse after five months sober. Really really want this bad but keep slipping up. Wish I hadn't taken that first drink after five months, would be celebrating nearly seven months now. Take care xx

I am endeavoring to summarize some thoughts from 'this side' of sobriety... i.e, coming up to a year. Seems like we have a lot of people moving in this direction lately - wow! I am so pumped up to read all these recent 6mo, 1 yr, 2yr and beyond threads lately! Clearly, something with SR is working.
