28 Days and Counting

Today marks 28 days and I am feeling awesome. My weight went up a bit and is already getting back to normal, I'm feeling happy and healthy. I have what it takes to make it through some seriously stressful sh't at work again...a good stress. I feel less anxious and I have had very little headaches in the last 3 days.

It's a great day to be alive...walk with me and enjoy the scenery!!!!

Loving life and sobriety...and on a Friday night no less.
