blood drawn today
had my MD appt today. Blood drawn - I hate needles.
Funny, he said vitamins were fine, but to pay more attention to my diet and drink lots of water.
he gave me a bunch of referrals for meetings and such.
when I got home I painted my deck. I'm cleaning compulsively. I'm still having cravings, but I'm actually feeling better today.

I'm gonna start trying to find a good one tonight. I have a couple sober friends up here and I'm gonna give them a shout for a recommendation. There's one about 10 miles up the road so I'm going to try and ride my bike to it.
