Living 1000 miles away from where I spent the first 26 years of my life has it's good moments and bad moments. But, we decided to move back home. And honestly, I am starting to worry, because that is where I learned to drink, and spent so much time drinking.
Well, posted on facebook the other day, I see that my favorite bar (where I probably paid his mortgage payments for a year, at least), was closing last night. Sadness hit me because it was the only place where I got to see a lot of the people I had grown close to. But, I was happy too. I had spent so much time there, drinking, drugging, wasting time and my life. It honestly makes me happy to see that the place has closed. Like part of the official closing of a chapter of my life.
