WELCOME! You have come to the perfect place for the support you are looking for. This forum has a wealth of information. My advice right now is to read read read as much as you can! Feel free to be completely honest with yourself and with everyone, we are all here for the same reason: support against the strong hold of addiction. The good news is that you already have the tools to overcome!
Are you ready to take the steps toward living a healthy life? I hope so

Welcome, LI. This forum has a site for substance abuse which you may also want to check out:Substance Abuse - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information
It's not easy to kick an addiction, so reaching out for support is the best thing you can do. I hope you'll consider seeing a doctor for help with withdrawals. I know it's hard to admit we have a problem, but it's a part of getting better. Just remember you're worth having a clean/sober life. Hang in there and keep posting!:ghug3
