Wow,five months!
Hey gang,
I wasn't going to toot my horn until next month, but dang, five months of sobriety feels really good! I can't believe where the time went!
For all you making the very wise choice to quit drinking, it will be the best thing that ever happened to you.
And for the rest of the class of November 09, where you all at?

WakeUp - wonderful news!! 5 months is a great accomplishment. I thought the time went fast, too - once I got past the withdrawal & feeling sorry for myself stage! You are doing great - be proud.
And I agree: getting sober is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time.

No, I had a pretty rough time early on, and I've relapsed, though only once.
After the relapse, it was pratically smooth sailing, and being in November, I've been through about five or six holidays sober.
