Camden, good for you! Those first 3 days are so difficult. We look forward to learning more about you. SR has helped me stay sober for over 2 yrs. after 25 yrs. of heavy drinking. I know it will do the same for you. Congratulations on the beginning of your new life.

Day 2

thank you for all of the welcome messages! I am very grateful to have found this site. Well, last week, I slipped up on day 4, and am now on another day 2 of sobriety. baby steps... any progress is better than no progress at all, right?
you are all wonderful; stay strong!

Hi Camden,

It's good to see you back.

Take the opportunity to learn from the relapse and move forward.

Hey Camden,

The only failure is in not trying. Glad you're back.

Baby steps is right - sometimes it's not just one day at a time - it might have to be one hour at a time - whatever it takes.
