firstly methadone maintenance helped me outta hospital,it can be good for some people, drug users or pain management, I just felt i would lose my wife n kids because of mood swings.....
anyway ive been off 26 days now and mostly all the withdrawl pains are gone, however i find that i have no energy whatsoever and my when walking i get bad pains in my legs after 10 minutes, is this part of it ??
and can anyone advise me how long i will feel like this, i was dosed 45mg 2 years ago and got down to 20mg and then done a 10 day detox on britlifex
more commonly known as lefexidene which is non opiate based
first week home was hell, even now i cant sleep properly, but always been that way, sex lasts all of 3 minutes too wots with that.........
i'd appreciate any advice and tips .........

Energy : Intake ALOT of fruit and veggies, and multi vitamins
Aches and Pain in Legs: Oh yes it's definitely part of it!

I'm currently down to 5mg a day and I experience the leg cramps daily....I just tone it out during the day, but take alieve @ night so it won't keep me up all night.

Exercise seems to help as well....keep your muscles loose!
