Day 37 just wanted to check in tell every body hey been staying busy spring is always busy round my house all the warm weather sure does kick in cravings my mouth waters just thinking about a cold beer well gotta go coach some baseball check in later

With the cold beer thing...there's lots of other non alcoholic drinks that will refresh you better and taste better than beer LOL - don't let your head talk you into stuff, man

Nice one on Day 37 SCAMY. Amazing how quickly the days disappear.
Yes, I also have those "beer thinking moments" but more and more
i'm seeing a broken bottle or a dented can and the apparition disappears.
