The only person who can help you is you. Other people who are recovering Addicts/alcoholics can tell you how they got sober and stay sober. It's up to you if you choose to listen and take their advice.

If sobriety/keeping clean is what you desire then you have come to the right place.

I am a recovering alcoholic/addict. I too was a Coke head.
