I had 2 rounds of hypnosis to quit smoking.
I still smoke.

My expereince does not count for anything
it's only what happened in my case.

Why not try and see what benefits you?

I have no experience with hypnosis either, Aldo, but it might be worth a try.

Give it a go. What do you have to lose but a bad habit?

Hypnosis for gambling...hmmm?!

If you are an addict then consistent anything without being able to stop is not simply a bad habit, so can you stop gambling for a year? You won't get a lot of understanding about your gambling i'm afraid outside of professional counselling and GA...

Is there a GA near you, if so go there:-)

Sounds like a 'quick-fix' to me. I do not gamble at all as I am an alcoholic/addict and would consider gambling to be a relapse for me personally. The mindset and buzz/crash feelings that gambling would bring are related closely to alcohol/drug abuse.

You're gonna need some kind of programme to apply to your life each day imo.
