Changes....

I have noticed some changes in my face since I quit smoking about a month ago. I did smoke one time since then

but overall, quit...

And since cutting back on drinking in the last month and a half and then deciding to give it up for good 8 days ago...

My face looks much healthier, hard to explain but I notice a difference.
